How do we work?
During all year and previously to the recollection campaign of the harvest in different parts of our Peninsula, we do a follow-up of the evolution of grape together with our providers.
That way, once the campaign has arrived, we know on general aspects the quality of grape, from which we obtain must, either to sell it to our clients fresh or sulphur, or we follow its development during the fermentation process and, once it is done, we personate there, so we can take the samples from that deposit directly to our customers.
60% of our clients are located in throughout the country, which facilitates the relationships, thanks to the daily contact, and it enables us a higher efficacy in our operations and more agility to manage any kind of doubt or problem.
