How We Work
Throughout the year and prior to the harvest campaign in different areas of the peninsula, we monitor the evolution of the grapes together with our suppliers.
In this way, once the campaign arrives, we know in general terms the quality of the grapes, from which we will obtain the must, either for sale to our customers in fresh or sulfited state, or we follow its development during the fermentation process, and once this is completed, we visit the site, and from the tank itself we take samples for shipment to our customers.
A large part of our customers are spread throughout the entire national territory, which facilitates relations, thanks to daily contact, allowing us greater efficiency in our operations, and great agility in management in the face of any type of doubt or problem.
Our company is dedicated exclusively to bulk products, whether musts or wines.
When it comes to must or wine, these are delivered in tanker trucks, for fresh must refrigerated trucks.
In some cases we directly manage the transport with the purpose of providing better service to our customers. Transport is carried out by road, using tanker trucks within the national territory and in some cases also for exports.
The tanks can be standard or isothermal stainless steel.
