The wineries in which we produce the D.O. CAVA white wines are equipped with the latest and most modern technology, both in terms of production systems and the maintenance of the product throughout the year, as all the tanks are located in totally enclosed warehouses with cold air-conditioning for the best preservation of the product and less environmental impact.
